Cathy Dyck was born and raised on Vancouver Island, attending Vancouver Island University and the University of Victoria.

She has two boys and a third one that is black and white with a waggling tail and floppy ears.

Cathy is delighted to be back at Nanaimo Community Hospice in the fund development department. Her career has focused on sales, events, business development and community relations.

Cathy has been very involved in the mid Island community sitting on the Nanaimo Art Gallery Board, Theatre One Board, VIU foundation Board, and the Nanaimo Executive Board

In her spare time Cathy likes to work out at the gym, do yoga, kayaking and spend time with family and friends.
