Our Governance

Nanaimo Community Hospice Society (NCHS) currently has 10 members serving on the Board.

Each board member is elected by NCHS members and their role is to determine policy, ensure the proper management of NCHS and provide effective guidance and leadership to the Executive Director and the rest of the NCHS staff.
