Intro to Grief

Intro to Grief offers a gentle and supportive space for individuals who are beginning to navigate the experience of loss. Through guided conversation, reflection, and connection, participants are encouraged to better understand grief and find comfort in knowing they are not alone.

Companion for Grief

Companion for Grief provides compassionate peer support and connection for individuals who are grieving. This program offers a safe and welcoming space to share experiences, build companionship, and walk alongside others through the grieving journey.

Musings on Mortality

A welcoming community conversation about death, dying, and mortality.
Styled in a Death Café format, this gathering offers space for community members, clients, staff, and volunteers to come together and explore thoughtful discussions outside of a clinical setting.

Advanced Care Planning

Advance Care Planning helps individuals think about, discuss, and document their future health care wishes in case they are unable to speak for themselves. It encourages people to reflect on their values, communicate what matters most to them, and choose someone they trust to make decisions on their behalf if needed.

Companions Through Anticipatory Grief

A weekly drop-in peer support group for clients and all members of the community who are supporting or caring for someone whose death is anticipated.

What is Anticipatory Grief?

Knitting Group

Our Knitting Group offers a welcoming space to sit, knit, connect, and enjoy companionship with others in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Supporting Children and Youth Through Grief

This one-hour session is open to anyone supporting a child or youth who has experienced the loss of someone close to them. Participants will gain insight into how young people express grief and learn strategies to provide meaningful, long-term support.
