Hike for Hospice 2026
Fall is a time of year when Mother Nature changes the colours of the leaves. It is a symbolic time of celebration, reflection and renewal. It is also a time when Hospice reaches out to the community to give and receive support.
This event provides an opportunity to come together to celebrate the beauty and richness of life and to take a moment in time to remember those we hold closest in our hearts. This is also one of Nanaimo Hospice’s signature fundraising events each year.
Funds raised help us provide free programs and services to children, youth, adults, and families in our community who are navigating end-of-life experiences, death, and grief.

If you can’t join us at Westwood Lake on September 12th, we invite you to walk or hike in your neighbourhood or on your favourite trail at any time between now and September 12th.
