After a brief sabbatical, I am absolutely delighted to return to the Nanaimo Community Hospice Society team in my new role as Intake Coordinator. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor with years of experience as a grief counsellor at both Nanaimo and Oceanside Hospices, I have been privileged to witness the deeply personal and unique ways people navigate end-of-life journeys, grief, and loss.
It is a true honour to accompany individuals through these profound moments. I am overjoyed to rejoin our incredible staff and volunteers, and I look forward to welcoming community members, supporting them on their healing paths, and introducing them to the meaningful programs Nanaimo Hospice has to offer.
